Plain Bagel
Traditional bagels are the outcome of an unusual ‘baking’ process which involves proofing the pre-shaped dough for 12 hours at a low temperature, before boiling in water.  This process results in a dense, chewy, almost dough-like interior with a lovely, glossy and golden exterior.
Bagels have a very distinct taste and are extremely versatile as they can be eaten as part of a sweet or savoury meal.

Poppy Seed Bagel
Poppy Seed Bagels are made using a process identical to that of the plain bagel, with the exception of being thoroughly dipped in poppy seeds prior to baking. 
As baking further enhances the flavour of the poppy seeds, the outcome is a bagel that is fully flavoursome and with a mild crunch, is rich in the dotted textures of the seeds.

Multigrain Bagel

Multigrain Bagels
Multigrain bagels are made with wholemeal flour and are infused with a variety of whole grains, so after eating, they leave you with a full feeling and help avoid the temptation to snack between meals. 
With a lovely soft texture flattered by the crunch of the grains, this bagel is a healthier alternative to the white variety and is just as delicious for both dieters and non-dieters alike.
